THe Bench of the Supreme Court comprising Hon'bleMr Justice RM Lodha and Justice Anil R Dave heard the above case for the honour of Indian Costitution on this date. The petitioner in person(this author)briefly presented before the Court the massive fraud on Indian Constitution committed bythe authorities of the state of Kerala. He contended that the oath/affirmation office while usurping the high office of ministers of kerala was forged one instead of the solemn constitutional oath. Moreover he convincingly asserted that the oath / affimation of office of these fake ministers perse seditious as these fake ministers publicly vowed to rule the people without love,He also expressed hisapprehension of the fact that their exercise of power during their tantamounts to waging war against India.,our homeland. The impugned orders were issued during their unlawful war against the people
The petitioner in person submitted that the authorities of kerala stealthily and reluctantly accepted Indian Constitution on 31 08 2004 by adopting the Oath/affirmation of office drafted by the founding fathers of this great country whie Sri Oomen Chandy assumed office as Chief Minister of kerala.Depite the fact the media was put on leash this uncomfortable truth was reported by a few print/visual media. Neither the office of the governor of or the office of the President has regretted for the lapse of the high authorities in delivering the legitimate right of the people of kerala for the fruits of constitutional democracy contemplated by the founding fathers of Indian Republic. He averred that an honest and heartfelt apology from the the office of the President of india ,for this fatal default, will mitigate the wounded feelings of the democratic minds of kerala. It is very gratifying that theHon'ble court gave a patient hearing to the real grievences of ordinary people(aam admi) of Kerala and also their hurt pride.
The Court appointed Senior AdvocateSri Viswanathan KV as amicus curie in this case granting the prayer of the petitioner in person in this regard and orded topost the case after two weeks.
